1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or our services. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use the Site and our services lawfully and in compliance with these Terms. You will not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Engage in unauthorized data collection, scraping, or crawling

• Disrupt or interfere with the Site, our services, or any infrastructure they rely on

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any account

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Use the Site or any bot to harm, harass, defraud, or mislead others

• Use the Site or any bot to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others

• Reverse engineer or extract the underlying methodology of any bot

  
  

2. Bots and AI Services

Lundai builds AI bots modeled on specific human experts. By using a Lundai bot, you understand and agree that:

• A bot is a model of an expert's approach. It is not the expert. It does not have the expert's full context, current state, or ability to handle situations outside its scope.

• Bot responses are provided for general informational purposes only.

• They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, veterinary, or any other advice.

• You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on bot output.

• Bots can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected output. Use your own judgment.

• Bots may be unavailable, changed, or retired without notice.

• Some bots are accessed through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp.

• Your use of those platforms is also governed by the platforms' own terms.

  
  

3. User Content and License

If you submit content to the Site, share information through our forms, or interact with a Lundai bot, you grant Lundai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and adapt that content for the purpose of providing, improving, and refining our services. You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for the content you submit and warrant that you have the right to share it.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and software, is owned by Lundai or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The bots, including the methodology, voice, and judgment they express, are developed in collaboration with experts and remain the intellectual property of Lundai or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of, or license to, the bots beyond the right to use them as Lundai permits.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Site and our services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or any service at any time, with or without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site, the bots, and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lundai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that bot output will be accurate, complete, current, or fit for any specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lundai, its affiliates, employees, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Site, our services, or any bot, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site or our services will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lundai, its affiliates, employees, partners, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site or our services, your content, or any breach of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site and our bots may include or link to third-party services, including but not limited to WhatsApp, hosting providers, and AI model providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or our services will be resolved in the DIFC Courts, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Site or by email. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lundai. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
